Instructions to make Paneer Tikka:
  1. In a mixing bowl take 4 tsp of curd, add 2-3 tsp of mustard oil, Add 1 tsp of Garam masala powder,
  2. Add salt per taste, add 1 tsp of Kashmiri Red chilli powder, add 1 tsp of ginger garlic paste, add 1/2 tsp of chat masala.
  3. Add 1/2 lime juice, now add 1 tsp of ginger garlic paste and mix well.
  4. Now add paneer cubes followed by dice Capcicum, dice onion
  5. Mix well gently. cover and keep it in refrigerate for 30 minutes. After 10 minutes take out from the refrigerator.Now take satay stick and insert marinaded Paneer, Capcicum and Onion.
  6. Now Heat oil in a non-stick tawa and place the satay sticks over it and fry it.
  7. Serve hot with green chutney
