  3. Now, heat butter in a separate tadka pan. Add red dry chilli, few curry leaves and left garlic paste. Pour this tadka on the sabji and mix well. And simmer cook for 2 minutes. Sprinkle black pepper powder and transfer this sabji in a bowl.
  4. Add lemon juice when sabji becomes warm and garnish with coriander leaves. Serve with rice or roti.
