  6. Take Yakumi (condiments) of your choice
  7. Take *e.g. Shiso, Wasabi, Spring Onion, Toasted Sesame Seeds, etc
  8. Make ready <Marinade>
  9. Take 1 teaspoon Mirin
  10. Get 2-3 teaspoons Soy Sauce
  11. Take 1/2 teaspoon Wasabi
  12. Get 1 teaspoon Grated Ginger

Kaisen Don is a Rice Bowl which some different Sashimi are placed on Sushi Rice. Normally, it's served at Sushi restaurants and popular for lunch. Salmon sashimi seasoned with special sauce, topped on sushi rice. Rice bowl topped with deep-fried breaded chicken cutlet and eggs, served with salad.

Instructions to make Sashimi ‘Zuké Don':
  1. Make the marinade first. Place Mirin, Soy Sauce, Wasabi and Grated Ginger in a small bowl and mix well.
  2. Slice Fish Fillet into small pieces and add to the marinade. Rest in the fridge for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Half fill a bowl with freshly cooked rice, cover with the Toasted Nori and place marinated fish pieces on top. Place some finely sliced Shiso or chopped Spring Onion, and/or other condiments of your choice and enjoy.
