  4. Marinate 400 gms chicken with 2 tbsp curd, salt and 1 tbsp tomato puree for an hour.

Add 1 tbsp ginger and 1/2 tsp garlic paste, 1 tsp tandoori masala,1 tbsp kasoori methi, 1/4 th tsp orange red food colour and 1 tbsp oil to the chicken and microwave high power for 10 mins.Toss and again microwave for 5 mins. Pour little oil in a nonstick pan and fry the chicken pieces alongwith the marinated masala and little red chilli powder.
  6. Garnish with chaat masala, lemon juice and chopped coriander leaves.Serve with chowmein.
